Marshall area Financial Empowerment Collaborative (MFEC)

A Multi-Sector Partnership That's Working!

The Marshall area Financial Empowerment Collaborative (MFEC) is a public-private partnership of more than 25 community businesses, agencies and groups.

This collaborative came together in August, 2005 and exists to strengthen community residents' financial management skills by connecting them to resources and tools that help them in their financial decision-making.

The best, most effective community partnerships are those that involve active participation by business, nonprofit and public organizations. MFEC is a solid example of a multi-sector partnership that's working. Everyone has a stake in financial health.
